COACHING

Level-up your health with your very own fitness coach. More than a motivator, our personal trainers get to know your story and where you want to go before guiding your goals and building your workouts. They believe in the power of transformation and are backed by certifications in exercise physiology, anatomy, training program development, exercise application and fitness assessments.

Studio
Fitness

Specialized. Customized. Effective. Studio fitness is the best way to work out. Small group classes focus on specific activities or parts of the body and are taught by our best instructors and trainers. You’ll be coached through a programmed workout designed to maximize efficiency and deliver results, all while being supported and motivated by a group. It’s working out, taken to the next level.

To help jumpstart your health goals, you may want to consider a fitness challenge — exercise programs designed to maximize your results in a short-period of time, often 30, 60, or 90 days, ranging frombeginner to expert. While many fitness challenges promise major transformation within weeks, it’s important to find the fitness challenge that’s best suited for you and approach it sensibly to avoid burnout or injury.

•  Houston’s Habitat is all about Building Back! With so many businesses closed, the tidal wave of layoffs, and record unemployment claims, our community needs the support of Habitat more than ever. Help us help them accomplish their goals in our community and make the world a better place!

•  Habitat BELIEVES in building strength, stability, self-reliance, and shelter for those in need.

•  Since 1987, individuals, businesses, and groups in our community have joined Houston Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place people can call home.

•  Through shelter, Habitat empowers people to build a better future for themselves and their families by completing financial and home maintenance training, building homes alongside volunteers and purchasing their homes with an affordable mortgage. With this hand up, they achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance. As if that isn't enough, Habitat is also working to build playgrounds for the children of our veterans within our communities!
