Team Training

Experience FITNESS PROJECT Team Training, a community favorite! Everyone knows you’re more likely to ACHIEVE YOUR PURPOSE with some help – Join up to 10 other members and get the ultimate in support and encouragement from our trainers with the reinforcement of your community.

FP50

The ultimate combination of cardio and strength training, this 50-minute class is specifically designed to torch fat and build muscle. Guided by a certified coach, you’ll rotate between stations using treadmills, dumbbells, assault bikes and TRX bands. Ready to feel the burn?

Cycle

Not your average spin class. This immersive fitness experience features HIIT-style programming, motivational music and real-time leaderboard technology to track progress. FP Cycle pushes you to go the extra mile and have fun while doing it. Also try RPM & SPRINT.

GRIT – Team Training

LES MILLS GRIT Athletic is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) sports conditioning workout, designed to make you perform like an athlete. This workout often uses a step, bodyweight exercises and multi-dimensional sports conditioning training to increase your overall athletic performance: strength, agility, speed and power.

RPM/SPRINT

Take pride in your stride! This group indoor cycling workout empowers you to build your fitness at your own pace. We guide you through proper form and encourage you to put your best foot forward, but you control your resistance and speed.

PERSONAL COACHING

Level-up your health with your very own fitness coach. More than a motivator, our personal trainers get to know your story and where you want to go before guiding your goals and building your workouts. Change is coming... starting today, Thursday, September 29th. We will begin prepping for Phase #1 of our exciting enhancement project at FITNESS PROJECT: Magnolia this afternoon and parts of the FREE Weight area may be closed or unavailable. 

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We will do our best to minimize disruption, but please expect some equipment to be unavailable and areas of the gym to be closed off.

As mentioned previously, positive changes aren't possible without some disruptions. Although we will remain open, please expect some classes to be canceled, equipment to be unavailable, and areas of the gym to be closed off during the anticipated 2-week renovation project timeline.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE: We invite you starting Friday to enjoy our FITNESS PROJECT: Conroe & FITNESS PROJECT: The Woodlands clubs and facilities for FREE throughout the installation and construction period. Both clubs have all you need to continue your fitness journey without interruption! Please have your ID and Membership Info.
