BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class.

No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.

BODYCOMBAT is a fiercely energetic workout to get you fit, fast and strong. Unleash and empower yourself.

BODYCOMBAT is our ultimate warrior workout to develop coordination and release stress. Destroy calories as you punch, kick, block and strike. Get a whole body workout that targets every muscle group.

You can adjust a BODYCOMBAT workout to suit. Our instructors always show options to work at your own level. Start with 1-2 classes a week and discover your warrior fitness in no time at all.

What Do You Need: All you need is comfortable workout clothes, supportive shoes, a drink bottle and a sweat towel. Other gear will be provided as needed in the class.
