Habitat & FITNESS PROJECT

JOIN US & Help Us Build Another Home

We are doing it again and it’s all thanks to YOU! After completing our 1st home build with Habitat, we are excited to begin our 2nd home with Habitat!

We are thrilled to sponsor a new home through Habitat’s new home construction program to make an incredible impact in the lives of the families that we partner with and the neighborhoods where we live, work and play.

Sponsorships are critical to the Habitat organization, as they help to restore hope, help break the cycle of poverty, and ensure more children grow up in a stable, healthy home where they can truly thrive. We invite our members to contribute today and see the impact of your contribution and feel the satisfaction of knowing that your impact will last for generations. If you’ve been to FITNESS PROJECT lately, you’ve likely seen the signage in the club with a beam where we are asking all those that contribute to add a message for the family that will benefit from our build.

Habitat has been a partner of FITNESS PROJECT since our evolution began and we feel that this is a perfect way to connect and give back to the community we serve. Remember, 100% of your donations made at FITNESS PROJECT go direct to the organizations that we support.

Learn More About Habitat For Humanity

Habitat (habitatmctx.org) is all about Building Back! With so many businesses closed, the tidal wave of layoffs, and record unemployment claims, our community needs the support of Habitat more than ever. Help us help them accomplish their goals in our community and make the world a better place! Hear from the Habitat team regarding how we’ve helped make a difference!
Habitat BELIEVES in building strength, stability, self-reliance, and shelter for those in need.
Since 1987, individuals, businesses, and groups in our community have joined Houston Habitat for Humanity to build or improve a place people can call home.
Through shelter, Habitat empowers people to build a better future for themselves and their families by completing financial and home maintenance training, building homes alongside volunteers and purchasing their homes with an affordable mortgage. With this hand up, they achieve strength, stability, and self-reliance. As if that isn’t enough, Habitat is also working to build playgrounds for the children of our veterans within our communities!
Over 5,000 – and counting… families benefitted through new homeownership and home repair since 1987.
Houston Habitat is recognized as a four-star charity by Charity Navigator and has earned the GuideStar Gold Seal of Transparency.

IMPORTANT MEMBER UPDATES & OFFERS!
It’s no secret that January is a popular time for people to commit to a new set of fitness goals. A new year is a perfect time to wipe the slate clean and start fresh; plus, society's focus on "New Year, New You" makes it pretty easy to stay on track.

But what happens once January is over? According to statistics, a whopping 80% of people fail or give up on their resolutions by mid-February. So if you’re starting to feel a lack of motivation to maintain healthy habits and your interest in the gym is starting to go by the wayside, you’re not alone. Fortunately, that doesn’t mean you have to become another statistic

Trust us, we get it. February is a tough month, it’s the shortest month of the year, yet the month seems to drag by the slowest. While the temptation to set serious exercise aside until the temperature rises is strong, resist it for the sake of long-term fitness and wellness goals. Brave the demotivating month, and take on the February Fitness Blahs with some of these wonderful tips and offers!

Visit https://hubs.li/Q01zQQxR0 & whether you are looking for the latest fitness and wellness trends or ways to love your fitness experience (or yourself) even more than you already do, we have you covered.
