GET FIT WITH A CHALLENGE

To help jumpstart your health goals, you may want to consider a fitness challenge — exercise programs designed to maximize your results in a short-period of time, often 30, 60, or 90 days. The challenges can range from beginner to expert, and they often focus on one activity (squats or yoga, for example), one target area (core or legs), or in some cases a full-body regimen. While many fitness challenges promise major transformation within weeks, it’s important to find the fitness challenge that’s best suited for you and approach it sensibly to avoid burnout or injury.

Our team is working on a variety of fitness challenges that you will be able to participate in throughout 2021. We’ll also be releasing virtual challenges and friendly member competitions on your FITNESS PROJECT mobile app, so you can check in on your progress wherever you are!

We take our challenges to the next level by offering members an initial goal-setting session with a trainer, a portal to access tips and daily workouts, as well as opportunities to socialize with other participants.

Ask us about our current and coming challenges, and begin your fitness transformation today!
