CYCLE STUDIO
Energize your workout with a fleet of bikers. Choose your speed and resistance and level-up your cardio as a motivating instructor leads you through FP Cycle or RMP/SPRINT. Open to all levels!
RESISTANCE MACHINES
Resistance machines help you maintain form while challenging your muscles to whichever fitness level you are at.

Let us take care of the kids while you take care of your fitness. Our PLAY Kid’s Club rooms are a safe, fun environment where your kids will engage in fun supervised activities.

FP50 studio

The ultimate combination of cardio and strength training, this 50-minute class is specifically designed to torch fat and build muscle. Guided by a certified coach, you’ll rotate between stations using treadmills, dumbbells, assault bikes and TRX bands. Ready to feel the burn?

TEAM TRAINING
Experience FITNESS PROJECT Team Training, a community favorite! Everyone knows you’re more likely to ACHIEVE YOUR PURPOSE with some help – Join up to 10 other members and get the ultimate in support and encouragement from our trainers with the reinforcement of your community.

KettleRow
Experience an Innovative New Workout Combining Kettlebell Flow Sequences with Rowing Intervals along with Core Stability Exercises. This all-in-one body conditioning class is a great way to build strength and endurance.
