You’ll be coached through a programmed workout designed to maximize efficiency and deliver results, all while being supported and motivated by a group. It’s working out, taken to the next level.

It’s the Perfect Training Class for Gaining Strength, Endurance, and Core Stability. You’ll be coached through a programmed workout designed to maximize efficiency and deliver results, all while being supported and motivated by a group.

Have you met Joanne, your Scottish CYCLE instructor? She has brought her passion for CYCLE to Magnolia and The Woodlands for the last two+ years. 

Get To Know Joanne... from Joanne: 
"I love all things CYCLE. Les Mills has been my passion for over 15 years as a participant before I dared myself to certify as an instructor. I currently teach Les Mills Sprint, Bodypump, and The Trip and I am recently “spinning” certified so I’m getting some playlists together to unleash on the group cycle community. 

Music drives me. I love most genres but admit I’m not always a huge fan of the boy band groups. I love pop, hip hop, EDM, and country (since living in Texas)

I prefer traditional style indoor cycling...nothing too complicated or hard to follow but always a challenge.

Inspirational quote: “If it doesn’t challenge you, it’s never gonna change you.”
